This is a protozoa!
It is called "Mucilago crustacea"
This picture was taken also near Parque Sur as the mushrooms and mycorrhiza in one previous blog entry.

These pictures were taken near Parque Sur crossing the A-42. I think that's Villaverde and not Leganés but well, very near from where you live.

They are mushrooms , lichen  and the white stuff between the pine needles are mycorrhiza. 

Son setas u hongos, liquen y la sustancia blanca entre las agujas de pino son micorrizas.
